The inStriv team is remarkable. Helping me modify my habits that I realized are what are getting in my way to a healthy life. The program has helped me physically and psychologically understand my body, habits, health and giving me the tools to be successful in feeling better and living a healthier life.
I did very well the first 2 1/2 months then I allowed my work schedule change my daily structure of eating my three meals and stepping away from my desk to eat. (I am a remote worker)

I've lost 45 lbs in 3.5 months and would definitely recommend Instriv to anyone struggling with your weight. They have professional staff available for you to rely upon every step of the way. All you need is some will power and "stick-toitiveness" and the pounds will melt away. There is no exercise regimen to adhere to, although you may benefit from any exercise you choose to do. It all works with changing your metabolism and getting your body to burn it's fat stores.
